Design and construction
We make design proposals based on client requirements. Individually we also offer the completion of elaborate designs. Only design research can be avoided by the final design. We also offer redesing or reverse engineering. The design can be complemented by industrial designs, which we also process and provide. We can customize and design the parts design for test benches for subsequent quality control. The design involves communicating with the designer and selecting the best design path to the desired result.

We focus on type mechanics : Sheet parts, boxes for control units and various PCBs, boxes for sensors, sensors, test stands or equipment, switchboards apd...

Drawing documentation
An integral part of each product is production data in the form of drawings. In most cases, we draw the drawing documentation only for our designs, as it is very difficult to fully understand the design and to design the best manufacturing tools, including the required tolerances. However, we provide documentation for our own design and we mainly adjust it based on the requirements of the suppliers and the technology used.

Prototype
Creating a prototype involves several tasks. Firstly, it is ordering the parts according to the documentation, but also the subsequent contact with their production and composition into one functional unit. Communication with the parts supplier is very important and we are preventing the downstream problems in series production. We also test whether the vendor is capable of manufacturing a larger part, and at the same time remaining at the supplier as a reference sample for other pieces. We also verify that all parts are designed so that they fit well and that there is no downtime during mass production.

Serial production
For maximum comfort and end-to-end projects, we are able to provide services related to product introduction into series production. This involves both communication with the supplier and the handing over of documents to purchasers, employee training at workplaces, problem solving on the line, creation of documentation for parts, including service manuals and parameters such as tightening torques and so on. We are all able to solve this problem.
3D Print
3D printers have become an integral part of creating prototype parts and, in particular, a fast pad to a real piece that always makes a different impression than a piece of paper or something on the monitor. It can be quickly ascertained whether it is the right way or not. That is why we own this technology and we are able to accelerate and provide the client with timely information and outputs to his project. We print mostly smaller plastic parts. Also, the low cost and the unlimited number of pieces are an advantage, which in most cases we use, for example, in products such as testoids where this is not a large series and can be accelerated.
Industrial protection
Industrial protection is a huge competitive advantage and also increases the value of the company itself. We can fully implement these industrial designs and patents, including licensing arrangements for their use. We can provide this protection for both the Czech Republic and the whole EU. Within this knowledge and partners, we can work with the authorities quickly and we know what they need.
Financing
The financing of the project is linked to the individual stages, thus it is gradual, which also helps the cashflow of the company if the cooperation is for a longer time and also allows the clients to have the financing under control. In addition, we offer co-operation with grant agencies to finance different titles. This funding can, to a large extent, cover these development-related costs and thus obtain a completely different value for the client. In this connection we also work with universities where additional added value can be gained. What is appropriate and how the title can be used then depends on the particular case. The projects are coordinated and fully processed by us in cooperation with the agency so that the client has the least amount of work and the greatest added value.
